Refund policy

RETURNS:
All returns must be shipped back to Bubbly within 10 days of receipt. All orders must be returned in their original condition and have not been used or opened. The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. There is no restocking fee of any kind. If you need to submit a return, please get in touch with us to receive authorization by sending us an email to info@bubblyshisha.com.

Refund Policy
We will fully refund an order if the items are not in stock. If a single item is not in stock we will refund the cost of the missing item or contact the buyer to choose a different item. If you receive a damaged item we will refund the price of the item(s).

​Cancellation Policy
We will fully refund an order if it is cancelled before you receive a tracking number. If cancelled after the product was shipped, we will not issue a refund for the shipping costs.
