RETURNS:
All returns must be shipped back to Bubbly within 10 days of receipt. All orders must be returned in their original condition and have not been used or opened. The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Refunds will be issued minus any shipping costs we paid to ship the package. There is no restocking fee of any kind. If you need to submit a return, please get in touch with us to receive authorization by sending us an email to info@bubblyshisha.com. 

We do not accept returns on Hookahs due to strict hygiene practices implemented because of COVID-19.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
We offer FREE shipping on any order over $100.00 CAD. This applies to all Canadian province except Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut which do not qualify for FREE shipping. 

Orders generally ship within 1 business day. If one or more items are unavailable at the time the order is placed, we will get in touch with you. 

SHIPPING TO CONTINENTAL USA:
We offer FREE shipping on any order over $100.00 CAD. This applies to all US states except Hawaii and Alaska which do not qualify for FREE shipping.

Yes, we will send you a notification and tracking number via email when we ship your order. If you do not receive the notification email, please check your spam folder.

We ship mostly with Canada Post. Please visit their website at www.canadapost.ca to track your order using the tracking number provided.

Refund Policy
We will fully refund an order if the items are not in stock. If a single item is not in stock we will refund the cost of the missing item or contact the buyer to choose a different item. If you receive a damaged item we will refund the price of the item(s).

We will fully refund an order if it is cancelled before you receive a tracking number. If cancelled after the product was shipped, we will not issue a refund for the shipping costs.
