SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
We offer FREE shipping on any order over $120.00 CAD. This applies to all Canadian province except Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut which do not qualify for FREE shipping. 

Orders generally ship within 1 business day. If one or more items are unavailable at the time the order is placed, we will get in touch with you. 

SHIPPING TO CONTINENTAL USA:
We offer FREE shipping on any order over $120.00 CAD. This applies to all US states except Hawaii and Alaska which do not qualify for FREE shipping. 

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we will send you a notification and tracking number via email when we ship your order. If you do not receive the notification email, please check your spam folder. 

How do I track my order?
We ship mostly with Canada Post. Please visit their website at www.canadapost.ca to track your order using the tracking number provided.
